Famous Female Singers of Malayalam Songs

The music of Kerala is heavily influenced by classical Carnatic music. The wondrous stretch of beaches and ethereal locales of the beautiful land of Kerala make for some picturesque song settings. Considered the ‘Lata Mangeshkar of the South’, P. Susheela has been serenading the audience with her magical voice since 1952. Her debut song ‘Edhukku azhaithaai’, under the expert eyes of Pendyala Nageswara Rao, took the nation by storm. Her crystal clear diction and sweet, mellifluous voice made her famous. In 1969, when the Indian government presented the First National Award in Female Singer category, P. Susheela was the indisputable winner.
Known as the ‘Nightingale of South India’, K.S. Chithra has been blessed with a playful yet incredibly soul touching voice. This has made her one of the most sought after singers ever since her Malayalam playback singing debut with M.G. Radhakrishnan in 1979. Since then, she has won six National awards for her great singing ability not just with respect to Malayalam songs but also other languages like Tamil, Hindi, etc. Chithra was awarded the Padma Shri Award in 2005 for her great contribution to Malayalam film songs.
Sujatha Mohan debuted in the Malayalam song industry as Baby Sujatha singing with the legendary performer K.J. Yesudas. Since her singing career started in 1974, Sujatha has given Indian film industry some beautiful songs sung in her distinctive playful voice. She has sung some fantastic songs for Vidyasagar and A.R. Rahman that have been her claim to fame. Her daughter, Shweta Mohan is following in her mother’s footsteps.

Especially in marriage or any special occasion like New Year celebration, fireworks are used for entertainment purpose. You can also see fireworks competition regularly held at number of places. These fireworks have bad impact on environment and human health.
Some of these impacts are as follows:
Air pollution: Smoke and dust produced by fireworks may contain residues of heavy metals and compounds and low concentration toxic chemicals. Amount of all these by-products of fireworks depends on amount of ingredients used in making of any firework. Fireworks also produce smoke which is also not good for environment and human health. It may cause problem to persons suffering with asthma or any other respiratory problem.
Noise pollution: The nuisance due to noise of firework cannot be ignored. Some of them produce so much of noise that produces noise pollution. It also produces adverse effects on heart patients and others.
Accidents: Fireworks may cause accidents if not handled properly. Sometimes people get serious injuries that they have to lose their part of body. It may cause damage to property also.
Indirect effects of fireworks on environment: Bi-products of fireworks enter into the soil and cause soil pollution that will affect crops, water and other things. Fireworks also produce so much of waste products that are very dangerous for us.
So, fireworks have so many adverse affects on environment and are responsible for many types of pollution. It is our duty to preserve our environment so should avoid use of fireworks as possible. Rock music is emerging as the most popular music with the recent times. Even there are number of bangla bands, who are making their favorable efforts for the making the bangla music sparkling among the rest music languages. In ‘2001’ a group titled ‘Satanik’ was established, which emerged as one of top band and have been successful in launching a black metal genre in the country, changing the complete music taste of audiences.
At the initial stage the band moved with only two music artist as ‘Abs Xem’ and ‘Shawon’, who were committed enough to began their musical passage with the metal lovers. During the movement of time there has been couple of changes with the band composition and music note formulations styles, just to keep in tune with the ever changing taste of bangla music lover style, like death metal and one of its sub- or fusion genres. The band has exclusively represented them in a concert (open-air) with the capacity of 10 team members.
