Gardening along with tree plantation could be done in such houses by helping the environment go green. Away from city smoke pollution and traffic one can think of tracking, river rafting and many other activities which aren’t possible in the busy city life.

Children can enjoy their heart out by playing in the mud and swinging in the breeze of the garden. Thus selling of weekend homes are very much in trend and many professionals who have a very busy and a tedious office environment prefer having a second home for recreation and leisure as well.

These independent houses for sale are much different than those apartment congested city apartments. These houses are away from the city and difficult to manage. One needs to have a specific house keeper who does day to day housing essentials and takes care of all hygiene of the house.
